Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We offer shipping in the United States, as well as limited International shipping. Please see list of countries below. 
  • We ship Monday - Friday with the exception of Federal Holidays. 
  • All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Please check our announcement bar at the top of our website for any delays or different current processing times. 
  • Custom/Personalized items are processed within 5-10 business days. 
  • All customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is being processed. 

SHIPPING RATES

Range from $8.00 - $15.00 in the United States (Including Hawaii)
Shipping costs are calculated by the carrier and based on the weight and destination of your order. Prices may vary and are subject to change depending on carrier rates at the time of shipment.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • Shipping options available through USPS, DHL and UPS.
  • Shipping rates are calculated by carrier at check out based on location and shipment weight.
  • All customers will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order is being processed. 
  • USPS International orders are typically delivered within 7-28 business days once they have been processed.
  • UPS & DHL International orders are typically delivered within 2-7 business days once they have been processed.
  • Please note, VAT/TAX, CUSTOMS/DUTIES FEES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN SHIPPING COST and will be the customers responsibility upon delivery, if additional fees apply.
  • We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, stolen packages.
  • We are not responsible for packages that were undeliverable, due to incorrect/insufficient address.
  • If a package is refused upon delivery, for any reason, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred when and if the package is returned to sender. 
  • Please be aware that delayed packages due to weather, customs, etc. are out of our control.
  • If your package has NOT arrived after 30 business days OR your order was marked as delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first to see if it is being held there.
  • If your order has not been located after 5 days of contacting your local post office, please email us at hello@liveloveposh.com so that we can help you track your package.
  • If you have any issues while checking out or if your country is not listed, please email us at hello@liveloveposh.com so we can help you place your order.

 

LOST PACKAGES

  • All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If your package shows that it has been delivered, but you have not received it and/or it was lost in the mail, please contact USPS/UPS customer service or your local post office. Unfortunately, we do not have direct access to any further information than what is listed on the tracking page.
  • ** We have been advised that packages are sometimes scanned too early when being loaded onto delivery vehicles and often don't get delivered for another 1-3 business days.
  • We recommend submitting a "Help Request Form" and "Missing Mail Search" to expedite the process of locating your lost package. www.usps.com/help/missing-mail
  • We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, stolen packages or packages that were undeliverable due to incorrect address.

 

 IN-STORE PICKUP (FREE) We offer free in-store pickup at a local boutique in McAllen, Texas if you live in the Rio Grande Valley. Once your order is processed we will contact you and let you know when your order is ready to be picked up.
