RETURN POLICY
We hope you LOVE your purchase! However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase we would like to do our best to make it right.
- Return requests must be emailed to us at hello@liveloveposh.com within 5 days of your order being delivered. Please include your order number in your request.
- Items may only be returned for store credit.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original condition and packaging.
- A return authorization (RA#) must be given prior to shipping your order back.
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the buyer and are non-refundable. We recommend using USPS, UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We are not responsible for packages that are lost in-transit while being returned.
- All items will be inspected and processed within 2-5 business days of being returned. You will receive an email with your issued store credit.
ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Final Sale items
- Custom or personalized items
- Items that have been used, opened or damaged
- Promotional items for retail value
- Gift Cards
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
Our merchandise is inspected before it leaves our warehouse, however we know we may not catch all defects/damages. Please let us know if you receive an item that is damaged or defective and we will be sure to take care of that for you.
- All claims must be submitted 2 DAYS from the day you receive your package.
- Please email us at hello@liveloveposh.com with your order number and photos of the damages to help us expedite the replacement process.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED OR MISSING ITEM:
Oops, we deeply apologize for the mistake! Please let us know if you are missing an item or if you receive an incorrect item and we will be sure to take care of that for you.
- All claims must be submitted 2 DAYS from the day you receive your package.
- Please email us at hello@liveloveposh.com with your order number and details about the error. If you received incorrect merchandise, please send photos of what you accidentally received to help us expedite the replacement process.
CANCELLATION REQUEST:
- If you would like to cancel your order, please email us ASAP at hello@liveloveposh.com with your order number.
- Once an order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
- All cancelled orders are subject to a $5 minimum Processing Fee. Unfortunately, we aren't refunded processing fees from the original transaction, so those fees will be deducted from the cancellation refund amount. This fee is determined by Shopify processing, based on the total order amount.
